Amnesia Scanner (FIN)
Amnesia Scanner to projekt, który powstał z algorytmu. Od 2014 kontekstualizuje więź rzeczywistego i cyfrowego świata, wykorzystując dźwięk, tekst i obraz. Tworzą sieci oprogramowania, które nadają dźwiękom odpowiednią neurotyczno-euforyczną estetykę. W pracy nad debiutanckim albumem Another Live do zespołu dołączył Oracle, pozbawiony ciała głos, który w muzyce klubowej zyskał już odrębny byt. ‘Another Live’ został uznany najlepszym albumem 2018 roku przez Crack Magazine, Fact Mag, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork oraz Dazed & Confused. Ich dźwięk jest hiper skondensowany, w połączeniu z Oracle przetwarza schematy digital popu, hip-popu czy r&b. Element wizualny, przeładowany światłem i informacjami, zestawiony z całkowitym mrokiem, sprawia, że występy live duetu aktywują wszystkie sensory.

Amnesia Scanner, a duo born from algorithm, have been contextualising the irl and url through sound, text and image since 2014. Their dark euphoria esthetic is created by the self-invented chains of software that they feed with their interpretation of the present – “exaggerated, cartoonish, and scary”. Their latest addition to the production unit, a disembodied voice called Oracle, has now gained autonomous entity. Pan Records’ leading project was rightfully listed as the best of 2018 by Crack Magazine, Fact Mag, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork and Dazed & Confused; AS sound is hiper-condensed, with the use of Oracle, it ranges from digital pop, experimental hip-hop to futuristic R&B, or as they like to call it ‘Avant-EDM’. The visuals, overloaded with lights and information, juxtaposed with instantaneous total blackouts, compressed into their live show activate all sensors.

Aïsha Devi (CH)
Aïsha Devi i założona przez nią wytwórnia Danse Noire, per se, oznaczają konfrontację z tym, co znane, a także wyzwanie rzucone odbiorcom kultury klubowej. Zarówno na pierwszym albumie (Of Matter and Spirit), jak i na drugim (DNA Feelings) Szwajcarka używa wokalu jako narzędzia. Czy jest to wysoki, eteryczny sopran czy mantryczny głos recytujący monologi, jej muzyczne eksperymenty łączą naturalność z technologią. Pod tym względem Devi podąża za Björk oraz Arcą, którzy badają związek człowieka z postępem techniki, dając żywy przykład symbiozy organicznego z przetworzonym.

Aïsha Devi and her Danse Noire label never ceases to challenge mass culture, festivals and party goers. Both on her first (Of Matter and Spirit) and second (DNA Feelings) album, the Swiss artist uses vocals as a tool. Whether it is a high, etheric soprano or a mantric voice reciting monologues, her musical experiments combine nature with technology. Devi follows Björk and Arca, who contextualise a man’s romance with technology, giving a living example for the symbiosis of the organic with the processed.

Abyss X (GR)
Pochodząca z Grecji producentka oraz performerka, kuratorka festiwalu Nature Loves Courage, tworząca między Berlinem a Nowym Jorkiem. Z każdym występem live odkrywa kolejne warstwy artystycznej ekspresji, poszukuje niezbadanych pól eksploatacji, podświadomie dryfuje zawsze w stronę nieznanego. Wydawała w Halcyon Veil, Infinite Machine oraz Danse Noire, prowadzi też własną wytwórnię SHXME. Charakterystycznym elementem jej estetyki jest nostalgia za Kretą, gdzie spotyka się prastara kultura minojska ze współczesnością. Wykorzystuje mityczne kreteńskie instrumenty, lirę oraz kitarę, które przecina niebywałym wokalem. Na scenie w pełni uosabia taneczne i teatralne zaplecze, które ukształtowało ją na wszechstronną artystkę, jaką jest dziś.

Greek producer and performer, based between New York and Berlin, challenges the norm and the hype, always in search for unexplored sonic endeavours. The artist draws from ancient Minoan culture, cutting the sounds of mythical Cretan instruments with her amazing vocals. She released music via Halcyon Veil, Danse Noire and Infinite Machine, runs her own SHXME imprint and curates the NATURE LOVES COURAGE festival. On stage, she fully embodies her dance and theatre backgrounds that have shaped her into the show woman that she is today.
